- Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Custom orders, digital downloads, and sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
